We want you to love your Avril Lavigne Official Store gear, but if something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition tour merchandise and signed collectibles are final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
